Beyonce is in hot water after being hit with a lawsuit for ripping-off a few lines from a 1995 Hungarian song.

Singer Monika Juhasz Miczura, a.k.a. Mitsou, is suing Beyonce, Jay Z and Timbaland for copyright infringement over the opening a cappella of “Drunk In Love.”;

Filed on December 12, Mitsou claims that summer hit sampled her 1995 song “Bajba, Bajba Pelem” without appropriate consent. “Mitsou never gave permission or consent, and never granted any of the Defendants permission, to use her voice for any purpose,” the court papers said.

Not only is the Hungarian singer requesting undisclosed damages, but she’s also demanding that the song be prevented from airing without her original vocals.
