A week after Mel B received a restraining order against estranged husband Stephen Belafonte, the “America’s Got Talent” judge has also been granted a restraining order against the couple’s former nanny, Lorraine Gilles, in the midst of the increasingly nasty divorce.

According to TMZ, Mel B obtained the restraining order based on a complaint that Gilles was having sex with Belafonte — and had become pregnant by him — and that Belafonte and Gilles had hatched a scheme to extort the former Spice Girls singer.

“We’ve learned Mel B’s lawyers got a court order to gain access to a storage locker rented by Lorraine Gilles, the nanny in question,” reports TMZ. “Mel B claims the locker contains sex tapes and photos Lorraine and Mel B’s estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, threatened to make public in an effort to destroy her life.”

In fact, Mel B is now claiming in court documents that Gilles and Belafonte have been trying to extort her, claiming that when she finally “worked up the courage” to fire Gilles in January 2015, her husband “went ballistic” and referred to Gilles as his “ride or die b***h.”

“Mel B says Stephen threatened to release the sex videos unless she rehired her with a raise, and Stephen looked at Lorraine and said, ‘Isn’t that right, Lorraine,’ and Lorraine responded, ‘Yes,'” adds TMZ, noting that Mel B states that Lorraine claimed to be in possession of the blackmail videos, and would give them over to Belafonte.

According to the terms of the restraining order, Gilles must remain a minimum of 100 yards away from Mel B, and is forbidden from harassing her. In addition, the judge ordered Gilles not to remove any property from the storage locker.
