He’s a four-time Grammy award-winning artist whose songs and performances have captivated audiences around the world…. and tomorrow Keith Urban will help ring in 2015 at ET Canada’s NYE @ Niagara Falls!

With four hit singles off his 7th studio album Fuse; two 2015 Grammy nominations and the title of “CMT Artist of the Year” under his belt, Keith told ET Canada’s Cheryl Hickey that life these days is pretty surreal.

“This year’s been extraordinary. This Fuse album has been life-changing in some ways… As an artist you know you’re always wondering what people are going to make of your music. But I made the record that I had in my head and I was very happy with that…But this one’s done amazing things.”

The 47-year-old Australian may have his beautiful wife Nicole Kidman to thank for some of his success, telling us, “Of course, Nic’s always the first person I play everything to and I want to get her reaction. Particularly because she’s not a musician…professionally speaking…. she loves music! So, her reaction to something is really important to me.”

Keith was the first country artist to be named an “American Idol” judge — a role he will reprise for the show’s 14th season next year. But first he’ll be hitting the stage in Canada as headliner for ET Canada’s NYE @ Niagara Falls (along with Shawn Mendes, Lights & Nick Jonas)! “I’m looking forward to it!” says Keith. “I’m taking the whole family….We’ve been playing in Canada for years, so I’ve had a raw affinity for Canada.” But is Keith really ready for our chilly Canadian winter  weather?
