Machine Gun Kelly experienced “Bad Things” during a live performance of his hit song.

A separate video shows Kelly telling the audience about his discomfort, “At this point, I’m f**king dying.” The rapper reportedly received medical attention after making his way backstage and was able to finish his show.

His condition sprung from injuries he suffered while shooting scenes for the upcoming thriller “Captive State”. He revealed to fans on Twitter how he was “still on set. Got punched in the chest 65 times. Pretty sure I can’t breathe. Ready for this one to wrap.”

MGK updated fans on Twitter in regards to his condition, revealing he will have to postpone three scheduled tour dates while he recovers from “a pretty intense chest injury.”

The health scare didn’t stop MGK from partying the night away, as he celebrated his birthday with fellow entertainer Halsey at a local night club.

Halsey shared a sweet tribute to MGK on her Instagram. “Happy birthday to my favourite rockstar,” the “Closer” singer wrote. “Ain’t nothing changed since the second we met. Still doing shots at 10 am and still singing our lungs out in the car to My Chem. Don’t think that I can explain it.”
