The cast of the upcoming thriller, “The Circle”, will be livestreaming with fans on Monday, April 24, to discuss their upcoming movie.
The film is based on the book of the same name by author Dave Eggers. Twitter CEO & Co-Founder Jack Dorsey will join the cast, which includes Emma Watson, Tom Hanks, Patton Oswalt and the film’s screenwriter and director, James Ponsoldt, in the chat.
The cast will be discussing the film and issues related to its theme about being socially connected. The livestream will be held on Twitter via the account @WeAreTheCircle beginning at 2 p.m. ET.
In the film, Watson plays Mae, who joins the world’s most powerful tech and social media company. She begins to grow within the company but then discovers that there is more going on than she originally signed up for. The company’s founder, Eamon Bailey, played by Tom Hanks, asks Mae to assist him in an experiment that would change the world but it then begins to impact everything around her.
“The Circle” hits theatres on Friday, April 28.
