* Is there anything sweeter than being young, successful and supremely talented? Forbes has released their annual 30 Under 30 list celebrating the entertainment industry’s rising stars and it’s a who’s who of bold forces that are shaking up Hollywood. Naturally, there’s a healthy dollop of Canadian content on this year’s list. (We have a tendency to pop up in these sorts of things.) Tatiana Maslany, Ellen Page and Epic Meal Time guru Harley Morenstein were selected for the 30, providing a nice maple glaze to the class of 2015. That’s a slice of news that should make Regina, Halifax and Montreal feel extra proud. Other stars making the cut include Zac Efron, Emma Stone, Keke Palmer, Keira Knightly, Ilana Glazer and Jay Pharoah. [Just Jared]
* English comedian/writer/actor/good-at-Twitter guy Stephen Fry is getting hitched! The multitalented gent has confirmed a UK tabloid’s report that he will be marrying his partner Elliott Spencer.
Oh. It looks as though a certain cat is out of a certain bag. I’m very very happy of course but had hoped for a private wedding. Fat chance!

“Stephen Fry is very happy and proud to say that he has set the wheels in motion for a wedding sometime in the future but no date has been set due to a busy work schedule,”; offered Fry’s personal assistant when speaking with the BBC. [BBC]
* In far less cheery relationship news, superstar novelist Nicholas Sparks has separated from his wife Cathy. The pair had been married for 25 years, with Cathy being cited as the inspiration for a number of the author’s world famous romantic works. “Cathy and I have separated,”; Nicholas told People. “This is, of course, not a decision we’ve made lightly. We remain close friends with deep respect for each other and love for our children. For our children’s sake, we regard this as a private matter.”; Nicholas and Cathy are the parents to five children, three boys and two girls. [People]
* Here’s your mandatory mashup of the day. The kind souls at Thanks Mom Productions have combined Parks & Recreation and Jurassic World to create a faux trailer for Jurassic Parks & Recreation. In this hilarious pretend preview, sweethearted Pawnee goof Andy Dwyer (a.k.a. Chris Pratt) is transported into the dino-heavy world of the latest Jurassic Park flick. Action and adventure abound, although it could have used a touch more Donna Meagle. Everything could use more Donna Meagle, really. Either way, soak in a double dose of Pratt as he faces off against prehistoric giants and inanimate objects with mixed results. [Time]
* Wonder why Jessica Biel and Jake Gyllenhaal look so g-darn young in the trailer (below) for the upcoming flick, Accidental Love? There’s a simple explanation: it was actually shot back in 2008. And no, this isn’t some cool cinematic experiment like Boyhood. The quirky David O. Russel rom-com — about a woman who literally gets a nail to the brain — was riddled with production issues to the point insiders claimed it would never be released. Long story short: Mr. O. Russel’s name has been removed from the credits, and Accidental Love (previously called Nailed) hits theatres and video on demand on February 20 and 10 respectively.
