This week’s look at “Survivor: Game Changers” features the departure of one of the show’s most diverse and calculated players.
Debbie Wanner’s clever plays put her in a position of power following last week’s back-to-back episodes, but that power may have gone to her head.
Debbie thought she was safe in light of her six-person allegiance, but was blindsided by her five cohorts.
In this week’s Post Tribal podcast, ET Canada’s Erin Cebula and Parvati Shallow chat with Debbie about her departure from the island.
“Hello ladies, I think we spoke [about this time] last year” Debbie teases the Post Tribal hosts.
When asked about her patience and attitude towards the end of her tenure on the show, Debbie admits the exhaustion was setting in. “[The island] is almost worse than an insane asylum because at least those people are really nuts.”
“It’s hard to explain when people haven’t played, but on every level it’s a physical, mental, soul-sucking [game],” she continues.
