Turns out rumours of Kristen Stewart’s retirement have been greatly exaggerated.
Speaking with HuffPost Live alongside her Still Alice co-star Julianne Moore, the 24-year-old opens up about how media sources often drop the ball when reporting on her career. Specifically the part about her cutting it short.
“It’s funny — you know,”; Kristen notes, “you do an interview and someone says, ‘Oh, you’ve been working a lot? What are you planning on doing now?’ And you say, ‘Uh, I’m just going to take a second and like do something other than that’… — [then there’s a headline] ‘Kristen Stewart Quits Hollywood!'”
She refers to the frustrating practice as a “whole other form of entertainment that is just voraciously consumed.”
That said, Kristin does enjoy her time outside of the spotlight, admitting she’s currently spending her days doing a “self-led, middle-school art class in my garage.”; Intriguing, no?
