Last November, the “Shape of You” singer visited Melody at the hospital for the first time. The young girl suffers from a rare genetic brain disorder, called Retts Syndrome, which is said to result in severe mental and physical disabilities. The brave little girl has undergone more than 40 operations.

Sheeran showed off his gentle soul by revisiting Melody and treating her to a private concert. The 26-year-old Englishman performed four of Melody’s favourite songs.

The girl’s mom, Karina, told The Sun that her “living miracle” was “spoiled rotten” by the talent musician,”It was the most amazing day ever, she was spoiled rotten.” Karina said the two couldn’t keep their eyes off each other. “They sat together and played together and she just looks lovingly at him the whole time,” the mom explained. “They have a mutual love for each other.”

Reports say Sheeran put together an entire concert experience after the meeting, seen in the video above, with staging and lighting effects from his “Divide” tour.
