The “Jurassic Park” actress was equally tight-lipped about rumours she is in the running for president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and SciencesLast week, Variety reported Dern was in the mix after current president Cheryl Boone’s term expires in July.

“It was news to me. If it came from anyone at the academy, what a gorgeous compliment,” she said.
