A Taylor Swift mega-fan won’t be joined by T-Swift at her high school graduation party, but she’s not feeling too disappointed after receiving a sweet note and a bouquet of flowers from the singer, proving there’s no “Bad Blood” between Swift and her fans.
While Swift wasn’t able to accept the invitation from a fan named Ashley to attend her grad party, she did send her a bouquet of flowers and a sweet note, which Ashley shared on Twitter.
“Ashley, Hi love! I’m so sad that I can’t make it to your graduation party! The New York theme, the photo booth, it being on the 13th…that’s my kinda part,” Swift writes.
“I’m so proud of you, your hard work and dedication, your excitement and ambition,” adds Swift. “I’m very lucky that a girl like you cares about me.”
The handwritten card also included Swift’s hand-drawn illustration of the New York City skyline, with a stick figure labelled, “You!”
She concluded: “Sending you my love and hugs (and to your family!). Love, Taylor.”
While this fan story is beyond heartwarming, not all of Swift’s encounters with fans are so positive.
Back in March, alleged stalker Mohammed Jaffar was arrested on charges of burglary and stalking after numerous obsessive attempts to meet Swift face to face, including calling the singer’s management company a reported 59 times before allegedly attempting to break into her New York home.
