Brad Pitt And Stephen Colbert Get Philosophical In ‘Late Show’ Sketch

Brad Pitt made his grand return to late-night on Tuesday with an appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”.

The “War Machine” actor stopped by and had some fun with the host. They did a segment together called  “Big Questions With Even Bigger Stars” and the two became fast friends.

Lying down under the stars together, they discussed really deep topics. “Hey Stevie-C, Do you think mathematics are the underlying structure of the universe or did we just invent it?” Pitt asked Colbert.

The two riffed back and forth during the game and Pitt eventually broke character laughing his way through the segment.RELATED: Brad Pitt Opens Up About Divorce From Angelina Jolie, Reveals He Has Quit DrinkingColbert had some fun with Pitt when he asked, “Is it possible to describe infinity?”

“Yes. Yes, it is,” Pitt replied. “It’s one less than the number of ‘Ocean’s’ sequels we’re going to make.”

Things continued when Colbert got personal. “Do you think beauty is really only skin deep?’ Colbert asked.

“I don’t know… I’ve never taken my skin off,” Pitt fired back.

The two even snapped a picture together for Instagram following their interview:
