While viewers enjoyed Saturday night’s “SNL” season finale — especially Katy Perry’s “Swish Swish” performance featuring “backpack kid” — what went down at the after-party appears to have even more entertaining.
Thanks to some Twitter posts shared by “SNL” cast member Leslie Jones, we now know that the epic after-party featured Jones throwing down with Perry in a sing-off of Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like”.
“Seriously we turned up last night at @nbcsnl wrap party,” wrote Jones in the caption of the video, in which she, Perry and members of the cast and crew are partying up a storm. “Me and @katyperry had to turn out the old man lmao!! Katy you are a QUEEN!!”
In another tweet, Jones shared her “Fav pic of night,” adding: “We boogied y’all!! @katyperry is the TRUTH and photo bomb by @foxyneela.”
