McBride, 50, kicked off Game 3 of this year’s Stanley Cup Finals between the Nashville Predators and Pittsburgh Penguins. The “Concrete Angel” singer performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” in front of a packed crowd.

Her performance of the U.S. national anthem was first announced on Thursday, when her daughter posted a picture of her dad, John McBride, with the Stanley Cup on her private Facebook page. The photo’s caption reads: “When your dad gets to hang with the Stanley Cup? Oh and Tina is singing the anthem on Saturday. LOOK OUT.”
