Tilda Swinton is congratulating her old pal George Clooney on the birth of his twins with a few laughs.
It seems the actress and mother to nine-year-old fraternal twins Honor and Xavier has put up with a lot of ribbing from Clooney over the years.
“I have not only congratulated, but laughed very hard,” she tells ET Canada. Clooney and wife Amal welcomed twins Ella and Alexander on June 6.

The actors have appeared together in a number of films, including “Michael Clayton”, which was directed by Clooney and earned Swinton an Oscar for her performance.
“I remember George teasing me a lot about how tired I always was when my twins were young,” she says, seated next to Giancarlo Esposito during an interview for their new movie, “Okja”. “So I am now laughing,” she adds with a chuckle.
