The 2015 awards season comes to an end this Sunday with the prestigious Academy Awards. No other award show attracts the stars quite like an Oscars red carpet and this year’s list of attendees will have you starstruck with a near-endless stream of glamourous beauty looks.

First and foremost, we’ll be on high alert for stellar makeup and hair from Oscar nominees Emma Stone (Birdman), Keira Knightley (The Imitation Game), Reese Witherspoon (Wild), Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl), Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything) and Julianne Moore (Still Alice). These celebrated women caught our eyes throughout awards season with striking beauty and fashion looks that left us talking for days.

With New York Fashion Week wrapping up this week, we can expect to see some fresh runway looks quickly translated to the Oscars red carpet. Best Actress shoe-in, Moore, was spotted sitting front row at Boss Women on Wednesday – might she be inspired by the on-trend combination of sleek, centre-parted hair?

This Sunday, we expect to see the modern hair trend to re-appear along with a few other highly-covetable beauty looks that impressed at the Golden Globes and the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards. Among them, the bold lip, sleek hair and blush-toned makeup are sure to dominate the arrivals queue.

Although all eyes will be firmly placed on the night’s nominees, we also can’t wait to see some unexpected looks from the bevy of female presenters. The Oscars may have snubbed American Sniper actress Sienna Miller and Cake lead Jennifer Aniston but they’re sure to exact their revenge with perfected red carpet walks. Miller will likely impress with a new take on her blonde, chin-grazing bob. Other ladies set to impress include Focus actress Margot Robbie, 50 Shades of Grey vixen Dakota Johnson and Birdman star Naomi Watts.

And if that wasn’t enough, red carpet stunners Jessica Chastain, Kerry Washington, Zoe Saldana, Scarlett Johansson, Cate Blanchett and Lupita Nyong’o will no doubt make our list of best beauty of the night.

At last, it wouldn’t be an Oscars to remember without a few outstanding musical numbers. Some of music’s biggest stars are set to perform during Sunday’s telecast. We can count on Jennifer Hudson and Rita Ora for some daring makeup and Lady Gaga, meanwhile, is sure to deliver one of the most outlandish looks of the night.

Actress Anna Kendrick is also slated to entertain with a special “Only on the Oscars’ performance. The “Pitch Perfect 2″ star – who rarely misses the mark with her timeless style – will keep thinks classic as she graces the Dolby Theatre stage. A romantic updo would be appropriate for the 29-year-old singer, creating a sharp contrast to her slick high fashion Golden Globes hairstyle. Channel the elegant Kendrick yourself with a little help from Pantene Consulting Stylist Justin Germain. Watch below as he walks you through the steps to achieve a similar hairstyle at home.
