Looks like Justin Trudeau is a fan of “X-Men”, so much so that he dropped by the movie set to hang out with the cast.
Returning to the sci-fi sequel “X-Men: Dark Phoenix” are stars James McAvoy and Sophie Turner, who just kicked off filming in Montreal.
McAvoy shared an awesome pic of the cast and Trudeau to Instagram calling the Canadian Prime Minister a “real life superhero.”
“Just me ‘the dude.’ Thank you Canada for such a progressive, impressive and somewhat suggestive real life superhero,” the 38-year-old actor captioned the shot.
Trudeau joined McAvoy and Turner along with other cast-mates like Kodi Smit-McPhee, Alexandra Shipp and Tye Sheridan.
“Dark Phoenix” will have fan-favourites Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender and Nicolas Hoult return to the series. Jessica Chastain is also in talks to play the villainous Lilandra.
The sequel is expected to hit theatres Nov. 2018.
