UPDATE – March 5, 2015, 8:54pm ET: Mere weeks after Jimmy Fallon’s epic Saved by the Bell mini-reunion on The Tonight Show, we’ve been hit with yet another awesome SBTB collaboration.

Elizabeth Berkley — who played Jessie Spano on the iconic Saturday morning series — made a guest appearance this week on Tiffany Thiessen’s new cooking show, Dinner at Tiffani’s.

The episode saw Tiffany teaching her fellow Bayside bestie how to make a delicious crostini dish.

Mmm, you had us at crostini.

And just to hit the point home, Elizabeth posted this love-filled message on Instagram: “#Love this #woman @tiffanithiessen !!?? watch us this Wednesday on her new show on @cookingchannel #dinnerattiffanis 10pm ET 7pm PST,”; Spano wrote on Instagram. “#history #friendship #sincewewerebabies ?? #sbtb #mommys”;

Jimmy Fallon has been pulling out all the stops as he broadcasts a week’s worth of shows from Hollywood.

After bringing us such highlights as a Neil Young duet with Neil Young, on Wednesday’s show Jimmy managed to deliver a TV reunion we thought would never happen when he corralled most of the members of the Saved By the Bell cast to appear in an eight-minute sketch.

The premise: Jimmy’s flashback, remembering his high school days at Bayside High alongside BFFs Zack (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), Kelly (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen), Jessie (Elizabeth Berkley) and Slater (Mario Lopez).

One student was conspicuous by his absence: Screech (although, given the less-than-complimentary comments Dustin Diamond has made about his co-stars over the years, that shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise).

Check out the big bombshell that Kelly drops on Zack:
