“He’s one of my favorite people. His name is Jacob. Everyone, let’s sing ‘Happy Birthday’!” the singer declared before the performance.

According to People, the a capella rendition was to celebrate the birthday of Spears’ bodyguard, Jacob, and what a treat he got. One of her dancers even had a cake and candles ready for the big occasion.

Spears recently spoke out about being accused of lip syncing. “It’s really funny. A lot of people think I don’t sing live, because I’m dancing so much, I do have a little bit of playback, but there’s a mixture of my voice and the playback,” Spears revealed.

“It really pisses me off because I’m busting my a** out there and singing at the same time and nobody ever gives me credit for it, you know?” she continued.
