Serena Williams’ Fiance Alexis Ohanian Says She’ll Make An ‘Awesome Mom’

Serena Williams’ fiance Alexis Ohanian gushed about the pregnant tennis star during an appearance on CNBC’s “Squawk Box”, saying he thinks she’ll make an “awesome mom.”

The Reddit co-founder promised to take paternity leave after the baby’s birth and shared high praise for Williams on Friday.

“She’s very good at a lot of things,” he said. “And well on her way to being an awesome mom too.”

In April, Williams, 35, accidentally revealed she and Ohanian, 34, were expecting their first child after she mistakenly sent out a pic of her baby bump to the public on SnapChat.

Ohanian shared his excitement over the impending birth.

“I’ll be taking off for six weeks myself and trying to do my best — the best job possible as a new dad, first time dad,” he said.

In a stunning cover and spread for the August issue of Vanity Fair, Williams told the magazine she plans on returning to competitive tennis in January 2018.
