Tiger Woods has an update for his followers.
After his May arrest and DUI charge, the golfer shared the news with his followers on Monday with a note on Twitter.
Woods declared that he recently finished a private intensive program and will continue his progress with doctors, family and friends. “I am so very thankful for all the support I’ve received,” Woods wrote.
This news comes after the golfer announced on Twitter in June that he was seeking “professional help” in a note. He thanked his fans for their support and understanding during this time.
In May, Woods was arrested for driving under the influence after he fell asleep behind the wheel. Woods released a statement following the arrest and wanted to assure fans that alcohol had not been involved.
There was no alcohol, but according to police reports, Woods had used several pain medications.
