Blac Chyna’s attorney, Walter Mosley, says he’s looking into which legal actions are available to his client after ex-fiance Rob Kardashian posted a number of explicit photos of her on social media.
On Wednesday morning, Kardashian went on Instagram and Twitter to blast Chyna in a series of angry, graphic posts, which have since been deleted. Chyna then posted on Snapchat, alleging that Kardashian had physically abused her.
Kardashian went on to post more explicit images, including a screenshot of a text message conversation between himself and a man he says Chyna was cheating on him with. He later posted another text conversation between himself and Chyna, which included graphic nude photos of his ex-fiancee.
A source close to Chyna is reported as saying Kardashian “sent people over to her house to pick up things that don’t even exist… There needs to be boundaries set as it’s currently getting out of hand.”
In a statement Mosley told People, “I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed.”
Under California law, revenge porn is a crime, and Kardashian might be subject to charges, said another attorney People spoke with.
Chyna and Kardashian began their relationship in January 2016, and became engaged in April that year, and followed soon after with the announcement that they were expecting a child. Dream Renee was born last November, but the couple then split in February. It had been thought that the two were still on good terms.
