The fight between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian is going to the next level.
On Friday, Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, tweeted that they will be in court Monday to seek a restraining order against Kardashian.
The move by Chyna comes after Kardashian posted explicit photos of her on social media earlier in the week.
Bloom’s co-counsel Walter Mosley had previously said that they were “exploring all legal remedies” in the situation.
According to TMZ, in a legal declaration Chyna says that Rob had been violent with her in front of her son, King. During a spat, Chyna claims Rob screamed at her, grabbed her phone, and then shoved her to the ground and hit her, resulting in bruising and difficulty walking.
“Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him,” Chyna says, explaining that the couple have been split since December.
Kardashian posting pictures and personal information about her on social media amounts to cyberbullying, Chyna says.
The current dispute began Wednesday morning when Kardashian went on social media to rail against his ex-fiancee, posting pictures and screenshots of text messages between himself and Chyna featuring graphic images of her. Those posts have since been deleted.
