Some people are not happy with how Ashton Kutcher wants to tackle gender equality in tech.
On Thursday, the actor posted some questions he’s hoping to discuss during a gender equality in the workplace live stream. The reaction to his questions has been mixed and some think that he may be missing the mark.
Kutcher is hoping to start a dialogue with these topics but Twitter users are pointing out that the questions he’s looking to ask aren’t focusing on gender equality or sexism in tech.
“The Ranch” star plans on hosting the conversation on his Facebook page next week with his Sound Ventures partner Effie Epstein. Some of the questions include “What are the rules for dating in the workplace? Flirting?” and “What are the clear red lines?”
Based on his proposed questions about women in the workplace, Kutcher’s questions are not flying with some Twitter users.
ET Canada reached out to Kutcher for a comment but we have not heard back. Kutcher took to Twitter on Friday to address the criticism his questions have received.
