Pitbull is the type of man that would wear a three-piece suit to go grocery shopping, so it shouldn’t come as a huge surprise to find out that he’s a jersey-tucker.
The Cuban-American rapper, usually known for his dapper dress sense, returned to his hometown of Miami last night for the annual MLB Home Run Derby at Marlins Park.
The “Greenlight” singer took to the stage to perform a selection of his hit songs while wearing what looked to be a child’s size National League All-Star jersey tucked into a pair of tight-fitting white pants.
Mr. Worldwide complimented this bold outfit choice with a pair of black leather gloves and his by now trademark aviator sunglasses.
If he didn’t already stand out from the crowd then performing next to a group of backing dancers wearing glittery red bodysuits certainly didn’t help the 36-year-old hitmaker.
Twitter soon lit up with comments and critiques of the rapper’s eye-catching attire.
But not everyone was so harsh, some thought Pitbull managed to pull off the look, with one Twitter user even suggesting it should be the new All Star team uniforms.
No one can deny that Pitbull is a trendsetter.
