Kim Kardashian’s Company Being Sued For $100 Million After Being Accused Of Stealing LuMee Idea

TMZ is reporting that Kim’s favourite cell phone accessory, her LuMee phone case, is a rip off of another product.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star’s company, Kimsaprincess, was handed a $100 million lawsuit on Monday from Hooshmand Harooni.

According to Harooni, he patented the light up phone accessory that helps you get those perfect selfies back in 2013.

Over the years, Kim has been vocal about her use and love of the LuMee, but Harooni revealed he actually licensed his version to a company called Snaplight, but it hasn’t been as successful as the LuMee.

Both Snaplight and Harooni suggest that because LuMee stole their patented idea and partnered with Kim Kardashian, they saw poor sales. According to the court documents, Snaplight alleges that Kim has a share of LuMee’s earning.
