Canada’s hit medical drama Remedy kicked off its new season this week, airing Monday’s at 9 p.m. on Global, and stars Sarah Allen and Sara Canning told ET Canada what’s up with their characters in season two.
“There’s just a real edge to this season,”; says Sara, who plays surgeon Melissa Conner. “We’re all uncomfortable and dealing with new scenarios.”;
This is especially true for Melissa’s sister, ICU nurse Sandy Conner, who recently became a first-time mom. “Sandy is dealing with identity,”; reveals Sarah of her character. “How to be a mom and a career person… trying to find a balance between both. I don’t think she’s quite figured it out yet.”;
Adds Sara: “It’s been fun working out that dynamic of how [the sisters] deal with this baby together.”;
