Look, if you had one shot, or one opportunity to buy a mansion near Detroit that was once home to Eminem, would you capture it or just let it slip?

That may be what fans of Slim Shady may be asking themselves now that the rapper’s home in Rochester Hills, just outside of Detroit, is up for grabs.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Eminem rarely stayed there, having “primarily lived at his home in Clinton Township in neighbouring Macomb County.”

The home is currently listed for $1,999,000, which may seem to be a high price until you consider Eminem is selling at a loss of nearly $3 million, as he paid a whopping $4.8 million when he purchased the massive 17,500-square-foot, five-bedroom, 10-bathroom property back in 2003.

Real estate photos indicate that not only is the place a bargain, it’s also pretty sweet, with the listing boasting about the property’s tennis courts, waterfall pool and a guest house with a “wild game room.”
