The cast of “Halloweentown” are planning a get-together in tribute of Debbie Reynolds.
Kimberly J. Brown, 32, revealed the news on YouTube on Tuesday. Brown starred as Marnie Piper alongside Reynolds in the Disney Channel’s first three “Halloweentown” flicks.

Brown will reunite with Judith Hoag (Gwen) and J. Paul Zimmerman (Dylan) at this year’s Spirit of Halloweentown Festival on Oct. 14. Emily Roeske (Sophie) has yet to confirm her attendance, but is trying to make arrangements to attend a pumpkin lighting ceremony.
“This year we wanted to do something extra-special,” Brown said. “Unfortunately, late last year we lost the incomparable Debbie Reynolds, who played Grandma Aggie. And while I was so sad, I was also happy for her that she was at peace with her daughter Carrie [Fisher], whom she loved so much.”
The festival takes place in St. Helens, Oregon, the location of the original movie’s shoot.

“We wanted to do a special tribute to her and her role as Grandma Aggie and have a small monument set up there for her,” the actress continued. “So we’re going to do that this year during the lighting ceremony.”
Reynolds died of a stroke on Dec. 28, 2016, just one day after the passing of her daughter Fisher.
