Despite what you may have heard, Nick Cannon dismisses rumours that he’s writing a tell-all book that will spill details about his marriage to Mariah Carey.
“At some point it just get silly and ridiculous,”; Nick tells Associated Press. “I always say as long as they spell my name right because I said it before, I’m kind of disappointed and sad in the media because people just make up stuff and then people report it and it actually becomes news. If you like even look at the source it’s like, “Really?’ Like there’s no credibility anymore. And when it becomes about your personal life…”;
The America’s Got Talent host admits that he tries not to pay too much attention to bogus reports about him in the tabloid press. “I mean it hasn’t really affected my real inner circle so I really don’t really pay too much attention to it. But when it’s like yo, I really have to address this? Like next day it’s going to be I’m an alien or next time I’m dating a ghost. It’s like how can you just pull a story out of the sky and it becomes the truth? But hey, I mean if it’s making people money and if it’s selling whatever people are selling I guess that’s the way the game goes, but at some point you just like yo, people can just say whatever and people believe it? But I guess that’s the game we’re in.”;
And as for those reports of a Nick Cannon tell-all? “No, not that I know of,”; he says. “I mean I’m busy, but I don’t really want to do anything like that. That would kind of be ridiculous.”;
