The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, are expecting their third child.

The announcement from Kensington Palace came after Kate suffered extreme morning sickness and had to cancel her engagement at Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London on Monday morning, BBC reported.

The 35-year-old experienced the same sickness — hyperemesis gravidarum — during both of her previous pregnancies with George, 4, and Charlotte, 2. A reporter for the Daily Mail tweeted that sources say Kate is less than 12 weeks into her pregnancy.

It’s a big week for the family, who are also sending George off to start his first day of school.

Prince Harry was asked by media how he feels about the news of his sister-in-law’s pregnancy, responding, “Fantastic,” adding that he’s “very, very happy for them.”

The new child will sit fifth in line for the British crown, behind Charlotte, after rules were changed so that boys would no longer take precedence over girls in order of succession.

British Prime Minister Theresa May tweeted out her congratulations to the royal couple.

Other celebrities also tweeted their congratulations to William and Kate.
