Court documents confirm that Missy Peregrym has filed for divorce from Zachary Levi, with the date of their separation listed as Dec. 3.
In the filing, the Rookie Blue star cites “irreconcilable differences”; as the reason for the split, and seeks a separation of the couple’s shared assets. She is also requesting that her maiden name be legally restored.
The couple were married last May in a secret ceremony in Maui.

Former Chuck star Zachary Levi and Rookie Blue“s Missy Peregrym got married last June in a secret Hawaiian ceremony, but the honeymoon appears to be over now that the couple has reportedly split.
According to TMZ, Zachary and Missy’s break-up was just as clandestine as their wedding, with Missy reportedly filing for divorce in L.A. last week. In the filing, she lists the date of separation as Dec. 3.
TMZ is also reporting that neither of them is seeking spousal support, and since there’s no community property involved it appears it will be a clean break.
Shortly after the reported date of their separation, Missy posted a series of cryptic comments on Twitter, including this quote from Maya Angelou:

At the time, however, she claimed that none of her tweets were in any way meant to be reflective of the state of her marriage.
