Congratulations go out to actors Lizzy Caplan and Tom Riley after the couple tied the knot over the weekend in a romantic ceremony held in Ravello, an Italian town on the Amalfi coast.
According to a report in a local newspaper, the ceremony was a star-studded one, with the couple’s nuptials attended by such celebs as James Marsden, Tom Hiddleston, Lily Collins, Chris Hemsworth, Dave Franco, Octavia Spencer, Dianna Agron, Sally Hawkins, Scott Speedman and more.
Riley, who starred in Netflix historical drama “Da Vinci’s Demons”, shared a photo of himself and his new bride on Instagram, along with a hilarious caption.
“This one seems fertile,” quipped Riley of Caplan, 35. “She shall make a satisfactory first wife.”
The pair have been spotted together at premieres and events over the past two years, but have chosen to keep their relationship private.
Caplan, who played Virginia Masters on Showtime drama “Masters of Sex”, previously dated former “Friends” star Matthew Perry. She and Riley, 36, met in London in January 2015, and became engaged last summer.
A rep for Caplan has confirmed to ET that “they got married this past weekend in Italy,” adding that the couple “will not be giving out any additional details at this time.”
