Rihanna is gracing the cover of Elle Canada‘s October issue, in which she opens up about all manner of topics (including her joke about wishing she could go back in time to “10 minutes before I lost my virginity”) while also sharing secrets of her new Fenty Beauty line.
When it comes to her own use of cosmetics, Rihanna tells the mag that “lipstick always got me in trouble.”
She explains: “Whether it was at home as a kid, or my early teenage years in my career, I always had the urge to wear it. So I broke all those rules. Now lipstick is like my li’l secret weapon!”

The “Work” singer also divulges “the craziest thing” she’s ever done for beauty — and whether she’d do it again.
“A corset!” she reveals. “I’d do it again, though. I’d wear it every day if I could make it out alive!”
Fans should be aware that this is no run-of-the-mill Rihanna interview.
Rather than submit to questioning from a single interview, instead she took questions from a who’s who of her celebrity fans, including such stars as magician David Copperfield, supermodel/”America’s Got Talent” host Tyra Banks, rappers Eminem and A$AP Rocky, fashion designer Zac Posen, singer/producer Pharrell Williams, actress Olivia Wilde, novelist Danielle Steel and more.
