Audrina Patridge is divorcing her husband of less than a year, Corey Bohan, over an alleged domestic violence related incident.
Patridge, 32, and Bohan, 35 – who have a 15-month-old daughter, Kirra Max together – tied the knot in Hawaii in November 2016 and have had an on/off relationship since 2008.
However, according to TMZ, the pair have now called off their marriage, with the publication claiming the former “The Hills” star filed for, and was granted, a temporary restraining order against him on Sept. 18.
“Audrina’s number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time,” her rep has told People.
Bohan proposed at the Summit House in Orange County, California, back in November 2015, and Patridge previously spoke out about the moment he popped the question.
The reality TV star told People at the time: “Corey dropped to his knee and said, ‘We have been together for many years now and I love you more than anything. I want to spend the rest of my life with you – will you marry me?’”
She added: “I was in shock and kind of didn’t even hear him. But I said ‘yes!’”
Patridge last shared a family snap of the trio on Instagram in August. She previously insisted she didn’t want to be a part of the “celebrity break-up” trend.
She shared: “We’ve been through all those pitfalls, I feel like, before we got married. We experienced the reality side of it, the made-up stories in the tabloids, other people trying to get in between us and the gossip and the rumours.”
Patridge continued: “I feel like we are so grounded now and we have each other’s backs no matter what. People can’t just try to come in between us and tell us lies. It’s like, ‘No, that’s not true.’”
ET Canada has put in a request for comment with her rep.
