Is it possible to follow-up a cult comedy classic? Well, Warner Bros. is going to give it the ole’ college try.

The studio is set to release Vacation, which is both a reboot and sequel to the 1983 laugh-out-loud R-rated movie, National Lampoon’s Vacation.

The original cult flick starred Chevy Chase as a father named Clark who takes his wife and two kids on a doomed road trip adventure to a theme park called Walley World.

The new film now fast forwards a few decades since the original plot. It features Ed Helms as Rusty – the son of Clark – who’s now married with two sons and decides to follow in his father’s footsteps by taking his own family on the same wild trip.

And oh yeah, Chase reprises his role too.
