Miss Piggy is single and ready to mingle — and the porcine powerhouse is ready to do some mingling with “Riverdale” star Cole Sprouse.
That revelation emerged thanks to a series of tweets that began when Sprouse’s “Riverdale” co-star (and rumoured girlfriend) Lili Reinhart took to Twitter to ponder the state of Piggy’s longtime romance with Kermit the Frog, singling out the way “Miss Piggy walks all over Kermit. And he lets her! It’s so messed up.”

That tweet earned a reply from Miss Piggy herself, who revealed that “moi has moved on from walking over the frog. I’m looking for someone new. You got @colesprouse’s number?”
This led Sprouse to enter the fray, tweeting simply, “Ladies please.”
So far, Kermit the Frog has yet to add his two cents to the discussion, but a few days later Sprouse revealed he was still waiting for Piggy to give him a shout in a cryptic message of singleness that some are taking to be an admission that he and Reinhart have broken up (even though they haven’t officially confirmed they were a couple in the first place).
