Anderson Cooper is sharing the love, puppy love that is, with survivors and families affected by the Las Vegas attacks.
Sharing the photos to his Instagram page, Cooper said he was “so happy” to run into the canine comfort group, adding “met this group first in #Newtown and they help a lot of people who are grieving and in need.”

The nonprofit organization, Lutheran Church Charities are based in Illinois and have been raising money to travel to Vegas to help comfort victims and their families in the hospital. The organization “thanked” Cooper for “taking the time to say Hi” in a caption posted to Facebook.

Since landing in Vegas on Monday, the dogs have been comforting patients at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center following Sunday night’s horrific attack that killed 58 people and left 527 injured.
