It’s been a rough year for actor Nicholas Brendan, and just got a whole lot rougher now that the former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star has been arrested for the fourth time in recent months.

Following an October arrest after a drunken fracas during a fan convention and being arrested in February and again in March for allegedly trashing two separate hotel rooms, People reports that Brendan was arrested Saturday in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, charged with public intoxication and impairment.

The actor — who split with his wife in February after only five months of marriage — issued a tweet following his arrest, but didn’t directly comment on his brush with the law:
