“Dancing with the Stars” contestant Drew Scott revealed he’s lost 30 pounds since he began training for the show.
The 39-year-old spoke out about noticing the dramatic transformation and admitted: “I haven’t been this size since I was a teenager.”
Scott told Us Weekly: “It’s a lot. I’m seeing my abs like I’ve never seen them before. I’m eating a lot more now, just because I need to keep that weight on. This is back in my high school and college days. I could eat like a horse, and I would never put on weight.”
Scott, who admitted he used to “squeeze into a 34” pant size, is now a 32.
The “Property Brothers” star went on: “I have not been a 32 waist since I was in grade eight. I was still active [before], but I just haven’t done cardio like this since I was a teenager.”
“DWTS” aside, Scott has also been busy planning a wedding to his other half Linda Phan, so he said he’s keen to keep the weight off.

He explained: “I just love this. But instead of going to the gym to do weight training, I’m getting all the cardio and everything I need here. I don’t have time. Literally, I fly out in an hour. I have to head to New York, come back from New York in the afternoon to go straight into the studio to dance.”
Scott’s latest comments come after he pulled a hamstring during rehearsals at the end of September.
The Canadian-born star ended up suffering the painful injury while he and dance partner Emma Slater were practising their rumba.
