“The Only Way is Essex” star announced the award for Best TV Show at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards in London on Sunday. Shortly after revealing the winner, Collins stepped straight into a hole and plummeted live on stage.

Staff at the awards show quickly rushed to Collins’ aid, yanking her from the hole. The hole was used to lift winner’s onto the stage and Collins had seemingly been award about the hazard by a stage hand.

Collins, 36, made fun of the whole ordeal on Instagram. The reality star shared a video of the incident on Instagram, writing: “So Wembley Stadium people screaming my name and it was just OMG the best and worst moment of my life.”
