Canada’s music superstar, Drake, celebrated his 31st birthday week lavishly.
Drizzy kicked things off courtside at the Air Canada Centre for the Toronto Raptors’ thrashing of the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday, Oct. 21.
At one point during the game, the “Passionfruit” performer put on a headset and talked shop with the live broadcasters. “Let me ask you guys a question. When is the last time you put on one of these headsets and also had a Pinot Grigio in your hand?” Drake asked announcers Matt Devlin and Leo Rautins.
On Saturday, Drake continued the celebration with Raptors players Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, as well as members of his OVO crew and other close friends and family. The party took the form of a private dinner at Casa Loma’s high end BlueBlood Steakhouse.
Drake ate dinner with his mom, Sandy Graham, and other family members.
Drizzy’s actual birthday is on Tuesday, Oct. 24.
