Donald Trump mocked Michael Moore’s one-man Broadway show, but he confessed his tweet was not befitting of a U.S. President.

The U.S. President shred the filmmaker over his so-called flop of a Broadway show. “While not at all presidential I must point out that the Sloppy Michael Moore Show on Broadway was a TOTAL BOMB and was forced to close,” Trump tweeted. “Sad!”
Moore, 63, a vocal and passionate Trump-detractor bit back at the U.S. President. “You must have my smash hit of a Broadway show confused with your presidency — which IS a total bomb and WILL indeed close early,” Moore responded.
In August, Moore led an audience to Trump Tower in New York to protest the president’s reaction to deadly violence in Charlottesville, Virginia.

His one-man show, The Terms of My Surrender, concluded its limited Broadway run on Oct. 22.
