Kevin Spacey is facing more allegations of sexual misconduct with young men, this time accused of groping an 18-year-old’s genitals.
TMZ reports that Heather Unruh, a former Boston news anchor, held a news conference Wednesday in which she accused Spacey of assaulting her son, now 19.
According to Unruh’s claims, in July 2016 her son met Spacey at a restaurant in Nantucket Island. The actor proceeded to buy her son drinks, she says, and then when he was drunk Spacey stuck his hand in her son’s pants and grabbed his genitals.
Her son then ran away after intervention by an unknown woman, Unruh says. She also added that her son didn’t report the alleged assault because he was embarrassed, the Associated Press reported.
During the press conference, Unruh also said that last week her son turned over evidence to Nantucket Police Department, and that they are now investigating the alleged incident.
The Associated Press also reports lawyers for Spacey have yet to respond to the new allegations, and that police could not confirm any report was filed due to confidentiality of sexual assault reports.
Over the last few weeks, Spacey has been the subject of multiple allegations of sexual harassment and assault, which resulted in his firing from the Netflix series “House of Cards”.
