Britney Spears gave a unique endorsement to the latest Mariah Carey greatest hits collection during an appearance on Australian radio today. Brit says that while she hasn’t bumped into Mariah (a.k.a. THE ELUSIVE CHANTEUSE®) in Vegas, she’s recently had an interesting encounter with the pop diva’s biggest tracks.
“I love Mariah Carey,”; explained Britney on 2DayFM’s Dan & Maz show. “I was painting in my room. I have an art room and I just paint on the walls and do all this kind of crazy stuff. I bought her new greatest hits, and her new Infinity record yesterday and I was just in there with my top off, just like painting and doing all this artsy fartsy stuff.”;
It sounds a bit like the invention of clunky fan fiction, doesn’t it? Britney Spears: Topless Painter. That said, full points to Brit for flexing those artistic muscles in the manner she feels most comfortable with.
Naturally, the hosts wanted to know if this was a regular part of Britney’s routine.
“In my art room, that’s my place,”; shared the megastar. “It’s the best.”;
