The star has been accused by reality TV star and Playboy Playmate Ariane Bellamar of fondling her on the set of “Entourage”.

The polygraph was administered, according to the report, “to determine if Mr. Piven had ever ‘grabbed’ or touched Ms. Ariane Bellamar, without consent or otherwise, on the buttocks and/or breast area, while on the set of ‘Entourage’ and/or at the Playboy Mansion, approximately five years ago.”

During the polygraph, Piven was asked questions such as “Did you ever ‘grab’ and/or fondle Ms.Ariane Bellamar’s breasts?” and “Did Ms. Bellamar ever enter your trailer on the set of‘Entourage’?”

Piven responded “no” to each of these questions, and reportedly showed “no reactions indicative of deception to any of the relevant questions.”

The 52-year-old was also asked about allegations from two other women, and whether in general he has ever assaulted a woman. He reportedly passed those questions as well.

“We seem to be entering dark times — allegations are being printed as facts and lives are being put in jeopardy without a hearing, due process or evidence,” Piven said. “I hope we can give people the benefit of a doubt before we rush to judgment.”

Bellamar has not yet commented on the polygraph results.
