Blake Shelton came under hot water after showing up in a photo with a U.S. politician, Republican Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, and now he’s responding.

Shelton and Ryan were seen together at the country singer’s Ole Red restaurant in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, on Monday, and the rumours started flying.
The “Sexiest Man Alive” responded forcefully, shooting down the rumours, and explaining on Twitter that the two had merely “bumped” into each other, and calling the circus surrounding the whole thing “out of control.”
