Donald Trump has demonstrated a well-documented tendency to lash out on Twitter when he feels he’s been wronged, and the latest entity to land on the bad side of the bombastic billionaire is Hispanic broadcaster Univision.

It seems execs at the network, which broadcasts throughout North America, Mexico and Central and South America, were none too pleased with candidate Trump’s characterization of Mexican immigrants as drug mules, criminals and “rapists.”

As a result, Univision has announced it won’t be airing the upcoming Miss USA pageant (Trump is part owner of the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants), and is severing all ties with the Miss Universe organization due to Trump’s “insulting remarks about Mexican immigrants.”

“We will not be airing the Miss USA pageant on July 12th or working on any other pageants tied to the Trump Organization,” reads the terse statement from Univision.

The remarks in question were made during Trump’s presidential campaign announcement last week, when he opined: “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best… they’re sending people that have lots of problems and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”

Naturally, Trump wasn’t going to let Univision’s actions go unanswered, and fired back in a series of angry tweets:
