George Clooney revealed the strange but totally reasonable reason he would want to keep a moose as a pet as he took part in Jimmy Kimmel’s “3 Ridiculous Questions” segment.
The 56-year-old was asked by Kimmel, 50: “Would you take on a moose as a pet if it meant you never had to charge your cell phone again?”
Keeping an incredibly straight face throughout the whole thing, Clooney then replied, “I’d just take on a moose as a pet.”
Kimmel, who was acting as bartender, asked incredulously, “Without even the bonus of the cell phone?”
The Hollywood actor explained, “Think of all the things you get from a moose. It’s a mobile coat rack. ‘Hey moose, bring me my coat!'”
Another question saw the talk show host ask Clooney: “If you could be any other George, which George would you be?” He replied: “George Gershwin.”
However, after Kimmel stated Gershwin was, in fact, dead, Clooney decided that it was a “very bad choice on his part.”
The last question involved Kimmel asking the father-of-two: “If every time you sneezed a condiment came out, you could choose the condiment, which one would you want it to be?”

Keeping the deadpan expression, the A-lister shared: “That’s a tough call, because you’ve got to think of what you’re going to be eating, as well,” as Kimmel pointed out: “What your friends are going to be wearing…”
Clooney suggested, “What you’re wearing. Obviously if you sneeze it’s going to go everywhere!”

He eventually added, “I’d probably go with a mustard, a nice yellow mustard. I go old school, I don’t mess with that brown stuff. If it’s going to come out of your nose, it might as well be yellow.”
Monday night’s show also saw Kimmel bring his seven-month-old son Billy out for part of his monologue after the youngster underwent his second heart surgery.
