The Beyhive is apparently convinced we’re in for a Destiny’s Child reunion at the 2018 Coachella Music Festival after the girls seemingly dropped subtle hints on social media.
Beyonce is due to headline the annual event and although Coachella isn’t for another four months, fans are already speculating that she may be joined on stage by some familiar faces.
Social media users pointed out that Bey is known for sharing a cryptic post or two online, and they picked up on the fact she posed in an AC/DC top recently but covered up the first two letters with her hair.
Earlier this month, original Destiny’s Child band member, LaTavia Roberson, also took to Twitter to tease “I have so much to tell you guys.”
The social media speculation didn’t end there, with LeToya Luckett also sharing a throwback snap of the “Bills Bills Bills” group back in October.
And Michelle Williams also got involved, with her posting a photo of a pair of boots that were worn at the Super Bowl when the band previously reunited.
However, People caught up with Kelly Rowland at an event on Sunday, with the singer claiming no knowledge of any Destiny’s Child reunion.
“I have no idea about any of that,” Rowland told People.
But what about all those tantalizing clues? “I just asked a fan about that,” she said. “They were like, because it’s just cool. They used the L word and said legends. I mean, I gladly accept that very much but it’s nothing that we recently talked about.”
Meanwhile, a full artist lineup for Coachella 2018 is expected to be announced in the coming months.
